1. To report about repair of normal hand pump, you should visit the allocated Water Board authority of your state.
2. The applicant must write a complaint letter stating the repair of the hand pump in the locality.

4. The complaint letter should be submitted to the concerned authorities in the Delhi Jal Board Department.
5. The fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
