Apply In-Person:

  1. To report about repair of normal hand pump, you should visit the allocated Water Supply Department in Municipal Corporation. Contacts
  2. The applicant must write a complaint letter stating the repair of the hand pump in your locality.
  3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the "Required Documents" sections of this page.
  4. The complaint letter should be submitted to the concerned authorities in the Water Supply Department in Municipal Corporation.
  5. After giving the complaint letter, they will provide you the Acknowledgement Slip/Complaint Number.
  6. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
  7. After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.


Apply through Online:

  1. The applicant can report the repair of Normal hand pump on online on the official websiteOnline Portal
  2. In the Register Grievance Page, you have to enter details such as,
    • Name
    • Mobile Number
    • E-mail
    • Address
    • Pin Code
    • Complaint Type (Choose “Shortage of Water Supply or Other Water Related Problems”)
    • Complaint Details
    • Ward No
    • Address of Premises
    • Upload Attachment (If any)
  3. After entering the details, you have to submit the complaint by selecting “Submit” option.
  4. You will receive “Complaint Number” in the pop-up menu immediately after submitting the complaint.
  5. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
  6. You can track your complaint in the "Search Grievance" option by giving the “Complaint Number, Name, and Date”. Online Portal
  7. After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.



Apply through Centres:

  1. To apply through centres, the applicant has to approach the respective “CSC” centre in their area. Refer the following link for location: CSC Locator link
    • NOTE: The applicant has to select the state, district and block name from the drop-down menu, or the applicant has to click on their respective district to find nearby centres.
  2. Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.
  3. If the operator issues an application form, then collect it and pay the requisite fee. Please complete the application form.
  4. Now, submit the completed application along with the required documents as per the “Required Documents” section of this page. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.
  5. The operator will process the application online. On successful submission, the applicant will receive an application number as acknowledgement. The applicant will also get a transaction number as a text message on their registered mobile number.
  6. Applicant has to make necessary payment as centre operator quotes and don’t forget to take the receipt.
  7. This application will be forwarded to the respective department for further processing.
