Apply In-Person:

  1. To report about repair of normal hand pump, you should visit the allocated Water Resources Department. Contacts

  4. You will receive “Docket Number” in the pop-up menu immediately after submitting the complaint.
  5. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
  6. You can track your complaint in the "Know the Status" option by giving the “Docket Number”. Online Portal
  7. After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.

  1. You can complaint about the Hand Pump Repair through the Phone Number provided by the State government.

  2. You will receive the “Docket Number” after making complaints over the phone call.
  3. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
