Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To report about repair of normal hand pump, you should visit the allocated district Municipal Corporation.

   • Photo/Support Document (If any)
3. You have to verify the number with One Time Password.
4. After entering the details, you have to submit the complaint by selecting “Lodge Complaint” option.
5. You will receive “Grievance Number” in the pop-up menu immediately after submitting the complaint.
6. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
7. You can track your complaint in the "Status of Existing Application" option by giving the “Grievance Number and Mobile Number”. Online Portal
