Apply In-Person:

  1. To report about repair of normal hand pump, you should visit the allocated Irrigation & Water Resources Department. directory Contacts
  2. The applicant must write a complaint letter stating the repair of the hand pump in your locality.
  3. Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the "Required Documents" sections of this page.
  4. The complaint letter should be submitted to the concerned authorities in the Irrigation & Water Resources Department.
  5. After giving the complaint letter, they will provide you the Acknowledgement Slip.
  6. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
  7. After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.


Apply through Online:

  1. The applicant can report the repair of Normal hand pump on online on the official website Online Portal
  2. First, you have to register yourself with the “Mobile Number/Email Id” and verify with the One Time Password.
  3. It will take you the Grievance Redressal Page, and you have to enter the necessary details.
  4. After entering the details, you have to submit the complaint by selecting “Submit” option.
  5. You will receive “Complaint Number” in the pop-up menu immediately after submitting the complaint.
  6. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
  7. You can track your complaint in the "Track Complaint Status" option by giving the Complaint Number, Mobile Number/Email Id, and Captcha Code. Online Portal
  8. If the complaint is not addressed for more than 30 days, you can send a reminder about the complaint by selecting “Send Reminder” option from the link. Online Portal
  9. Also, a second reminder can also be given after 15 days of giving the 1st reminder.
  10. After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.


Apply through Phone Number:

  1. The applicant can complaint about the Hand Pump Repair through the Phone Number provided by the State government.

  2. You will receive the “Complaint Number” after making complaints over the phone call.
  3. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
  4. After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.


Apply through Mobile App:

  1. The link to download the “Jansunwai” mobile app. App Link
  2. First, you have to verify using the One Time Password.
  3. The applicant can register the complaint under “Register Grievance” option.
  4. You will receive “Grievance Number” after submitting the complaint.
  5. You have to keep those details safe for future verification and reference purposes.
  6. You can track your complaint in the "Track Grievance" option by giving the “Grievance Number”.
  7. After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.
