Apply In-Person

  1. In order to apply for Income certificate, applicant has to go to the respective Taluk/circle/Thasil office in whose jurisdiction the candidate resides.
  2. Submit a written application form (or completed form obtained from the office) along with required documents to the authority.
  3. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries (or electronically through PC) and provide you record number for reference.
  4. The application will be verified by the concerned authority / Village Administrative Officer (VAO) / Revenue Inspector (RI).
  5. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
  6. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective authority/Thaasildhaar.
  7. Thasildhaar/concerned authority will decide to issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
  8. Applicant will get the certificate in 7 days after due verification.



Note:
  • In some states applicant shall approach over the counter services like CSC centres/e-seva etc to apply.
  • In some states applicant shall apply using the respective state department online portal.

  • Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card / Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defense ID Card / PAN Card.
  • Income Proof: Salary certificate, Income proof from Gram Pradhan / Municipality Councillor, income tax return acknowledgement.
  • Photograph: Applicant passport size photograph.
  • 2 different Gazette Officers certification
  • Education records duly signed
  • Aadhaar card

  • All original and copy of original with self attestation as advised by respective authorities to be submitted as per requirement.

InstructionsEdit

  • The candidates who want to apply for the income certificate will need to get the application form first and after that have to submit in the concerned department office.
  • The form submission process is available through the nearest thasil / taluka office, SDM (Sub-Divisional Magistrate), Municipal Corporation, municipality office along with the village areas panchayat offices.
  • The thasidhar has the all power for the issuance of all kinds of income certificate for which it takes twenty one working days. Candidates can also visit to the assistant commissioner where they are able to collect the certificate within fifteen days only and in same working days at the deputy commissioner. First you have required some important documents before going to submit your application form.
  • All the required documents should be attested by the gazetted officer / central government officer / state government officer.
  • Download and after taking printout of application form and fill the application with your complete and required information i.e. name, fathers name, complete postal address (permanent address), present address, annual income details etc. Then the thasildhar will make sing on it and provide you after 21 days. You will receive the notification or can come and collect by yourself through the office. If you need more help visit to the nearest tehsil office or contact to the revenue department office.
