Apply In-Person:

  1. Applicant must visit the revenue department authorities or thasildhar to apply in person with the documents specified under required documents session.

  3. Please go to the respective office. Submit the completed application obtained from office along with required documents.
  4. Application can be obtained from this online link:Application
  5. Authorities after checking the attached documents and details submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
  6. This application will be verified by the circle officer / Village Administrative Officer (VAO) and Revenue Inspector (RI).
  7. There will be a ground level verification and scrutiny of the documents and details provided.
  8. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective authority/thasildhar to decide and issue the Income Certificate to the applicant.
  9. Applicant will get the certificate in 7 to 10 days after due verification.

  1. The applicant willing to apply for income certificate must visit the website using link below. link
  2. The applicant needs to click the button “Income certificate” for applying.
  3. In the newly opened page, the applicant needs to click “Apply online”.
  4. In the new page, the applicant needs to fill the form online or "Download Form" button for filling the form offline.
  5. Applicant should be ready with service specific information like: Occupational Details, Family details, other than basic applicant details before moving with submitting application online.
  6. All fields marked with *(star) are mandatory fields in Online Application.
  7. The applicant needs to make an online payment as processing fee.
  8. After completing the form, the applicant needs to submit the form by clicking the “submit” button at bottom.
  9. Once the process gets completed, the applicant gets the certificate by visiting the office.
  10. The processing time usually takes about 37 days.

  • Self declaration from the applicant.
  • Residential Proof: Residential Certificate issued by Local administration office/ Aadhar card/ Passport / Driving License / Ration Card / Govt. Id card / Defence ID Card / PAN Card.
  • Age proof (birth certificate / school certificate)
  • Income Proof: Salary certificate, Income proof from competent authority, income tax return acknowledgement.
  • Applicant passport size photograph.
  • 2 different Gazette Officers certification(as per requirement)
  • Education records duly signed
  • Aadhaar card
  • Land revenue receipt (in case of farmer if available).
