Apply In Person:

1. To apply for Hostel License, the applicant has to approach the nearest Municipal Corporation in their area.
2. You need to get trade license for carrying on the business of the hostel.
3. You need to obtain No-objection certificate from the local municipal corporation, the municipality, or the local panchayat, as the appropriate body may be.
4. Get the application form from the executive officer in the Municipal Corporation.
5. Fill up the application form correctly without any mistakes.
6. Please make sure you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
7. Submit the application form along with the required documents.
8. After submitting the application form pay the applicable fees as per the instruction.
9. The local police station must also be informed of the hostel being brought up, and its location as well.
10. Now the authorities will verify your application and validate the submitted documents.
11. Authorities will inspect the facilities that are related to the Hostel License and if they are satisfied with the standards followed the authorities will provide the Permission.
12. Once the application is approved you will be notified via SMS.
13. Now you can get the Hostel License certificate.

• Premises Proof of the establishment in the form of Sale Deed, Electricity Bill/water bill and NOC from owner.
• Colour Photograph, Pan card and ID Proof and Address Proof of all Directors/ Partners.
• Site/Key Plan Showing the area under the occupation of the applicant earmarking the neighbourhood of the site.
• Identification Documents Proof.
