Zambia - Submit Integrated Border Declaration Form


Procedure

Apply In-Person:

  1. To apply for submitting an integrated border declaration form in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Revenue Authority, for the main office visit link.
  2. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  3. An application form will be provided to the applicant when encountered by the custom.
  4. Once understanding the guideline properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
  5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the customs and proceed to make payment for all the applicable fees and taxes at once.
  6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
  7. Customs will issue a receipt of payment.
  8. Upon Assessment of goods by Customs the declaration will be assessed and given to the applicant.
  9. After the completion of above steps, a printout of the IBDF will be provided to the applicant(traveller).


Apply Online

  1. Visit the online portal here link.
  2. Fill the personal details asked on the page.
  3. Click on the undersigning statement provided on the page.
  4. Upon signing the statement, the submit button will be activated.
  5. Click on it to submit the Integrated Border Declaration Form successfully.
