• Bring the necessary documents.

• Original and photocopy of the identity of the parties.
• Birth of the parties.
• Original and photocopy of the identity document of the person or persons whose consent was necessary.
• Authorization of their legal representatives, if teenagers, women over 14 years old and male over 16 years of age.
• Final judgment of divorce or annulment of marriage, as appropriate, one or both parties.
• Death Certificate of the deceased spouse in case of a second or subsequent marriage.
• Birth of sons and daughters who will be recognized at the event.
• Original and copy of appointment of Guardian Ad-hoc by the Court of Protection of Children and Adolescents in the event that one or both spouses have children or underage daughters.
• Special Power, if the marriage is by proxy or authorized officer.
• Affidavit having no impediment to marriage.
• Betrothal Act duly signed by the parties.
