3. The applicant has to fill in all necessary details in the application form. (Incomplete application forms are not accepted)
4. Make sure the applicant has to attach all the required documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of required documents along with the application form.
6. Submit the application form and the necessary documents to the relevant officer.
7. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee of $20.00 to the relevant officer.
8. The authorities will review the application, upon successful completion of application the authority will issue the permit within a month.
