1. Obtain and scan all the required documents for the application as mentioned in the “Required Documents” section below
2. Visit the Ministry of Transport and Commination website via this link: Link to download the application form (select “Preliminary Approval for Limousine & Car Rental Business Activities”) and the Acknowledgement form (Letter of Undertaking) or download the application form and the letter of undertaking directly form the links provided in the “Documents to use” section below.

3. Fill the application form and the acknowledgement form correctly selecting the appropriate field for this application
4. Attach all the require documents in a single fill and send them to the Ministry of Transport and Communication through this email Address: LTLD@motc.gov.qa
5. Once the ministry receives your application, they will verify your application and if it meets the ministries’ conditions, they will approve it
6. Once approved you will receive the approval letter via email form the ministry

• Company Name Reservation Certificate Copy from Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI)
• Copy of Qatar Identification Card
• Signed acknowledgement of commitment (letter of Undertaking)
• Copy of Commercial Registration
• Selling Contract

• Approving issuing the commercial register doesn’t entitle the owner to practice land transport business activity.
