Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a consultation service with the Civil Defense Service one needs to make an application with the General Directorate of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Interior (MOI.
2. The first step is to approach the General Directorate of Civil Defense offices where you will be issued with a Consultation Application form to fill and submit. The application form can be also obtained from the MOI Website or can be accessed using the following link: Consultation Application Form and filled beforehand.
3. Fill in all the required information correctly, print the completed application form, and then attach the required documents.
4. Submit the completed application form together with the required documents to :

5. The application will be processed and you will be issued with a time of appointment.
6. The application is free of charge and the processing time is usually immediate. However, the processing time may vary depending on the accuracy of the information you gave in your application form

• A set of plans of the project is to be submitted with the application where applicable.
• Each consultation is to be limited to 30 minutes only
