Apply In-Person:

1. The applicant has to approach the Officer-in-charge of Water Works of the respective area. The address can be found in the given Contact Link.
2. The applicant has to receive the application form from the respective officer.
3. The applicant has to enter all the required details in the application form.
4. The applicant has to attach the documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section below, along with the application form.
5. The applicant has to submit the form and the attached documents to the Officer-in-charge of Water Works.
6. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
7. Once all the procedures are duly completed, the Officer-in-charge of the Water Works officer forward the applications to the District Nagar Nigam Office or the Municipal Corporation Office.
8. Fee for this procedure has to be paid as per the authority request.
9. After that, the municipality provides the required service to remove or replace the Destroyed or Damaged water meter.
10. The process will take 5-6 days after submitting the application.

• Passport Size Photographs of the applicant (Recent photos)
• Residential proof of the owner (acceptable residential proofs are listed below)
