Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a Tenant Verification in Puducherry, get the Tenant Verification form from the nearest Police Station.
2. You can also download the form online and print it from the link: Application Form
3. Fill the required details of the Landlord and Tenant.
4. Fill the details of either any one of the following Id Proof: Passport, Driving License, Arms License, Ration Card, Voter Card, Income Tax (Pan No.).
5. Attach a passport size photo of the Tenant and a copy of the Id Proof.
6. Duly sign the form and submit the form at the nearest Police Station. Puducherry Police Stations
7. The Police would fill and give you the acknowledgement receipt.
8. Receive the acknowledgement receipt and keep it safe for further reference.
9. Visit the Police Station to get the report once it is ready.

1. To apply for a Tenant Verification online, visit the Puducherry Police CCTNS services from the link: Apply Online.
2. If you are a new user, create a new user account with your details by clicking on register.
3. Now login with your account and select Tenant/PG Verification from the “Citizen Services” drop down menu.
4. Fill all the required details of the Landlord in the given window.
5. Fill the required details of the Tenant/PG.
6. Upload the scanned copies of the required documents in the specified file size and format.
7. Check the details filled for any correction before you submit the form. Submitted forms cannot be altered.
8. Pay the processing fee if required.
9. Your application will now be processed and the police will make verifications to create a Report.
10. The details of your application will be sent to your registered mobile number or E- Mail Id.
