1. Kuwait International Automobile Club (KIAC) is responsible for providing International Driver License in Kuwait.
2. Make sure you have all the documents that are listed under "Required Documents" section of this page. Except the application form which can be obtained from KIAC.
3. Approach the nearest KIAC centre. Please see the "Office Locations & Contacts" of this page with provides you with some information about contacts.
4. Once you have all the required document in place it takes 15 minutes for you to get the International Driver License from KIAC.

Fee of either KD10 [one year], KD 18 [two years], or KD 24 [three years] in cash and they charge you KD2 as a service fee.
