Kosovo - Apply for Phytosanitary Certificate


Procedure

Apply In Person:

  1. To apply for a Phytosanitary certificate, Applicant shall approach the Border Inspection Point (BIP). Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
  2. You have to submit an Application request at the Border Inspection Point (BIP). The application request shall include the information listed below under the “required information” section
  3. Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required documents” section of this page.
  4. The applicant has to present the application request and Documents to the inspector at the Border Inspection Point (BIP).Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section
  5. After the application is processed, The Inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.
  6. Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate
