Apply In-Person

  1. A person desirous of making a complaint about water quality in Ladakh can do so by visiting the Ladakh office link
  2. Write down the complaint in a detailed manner on white paper. Fill in your name, contact details, address and duration of issue. Attach documents or pictures of proof, if any.
  3. Submit the letter to the pollution control officer.
  4. The officer will issue a receipt for further reference.
  5. No fee is required for this procedure.
  6. The time limit for each complaint varies according to the credibility and importance of the complaint.
  7. Any step taken towards the complaint will be notified via Email/SMS/Letter.


Apply online

  1. To Complaint about quality of water (Industrial), the applicant has to use the following link – link
  2. Click the “POST GRIEVANCES” to start the process.
  3. To verify process, the applicant has to enter the mobile number and enter security code which is provide in the page.
  4. Click the “send OTP” button to get the OTP number from the registered number.
  5. Enter the OTP and click the “Verify OTP”.
  6. Now the applicant has to enter all the details in the application form.
  7. Make sure to have all the necessary documents mentioned in the "Required Documents" section of this page.
  8. Upload all the necessary documents in the page.
  9. After completing all the details, click the “Submit” button.
  10. There is no fee for this procedure.
  11. Once the verification process gets done, the applicant gets call from the officer.
  12. And the action will be taken immediately.
