Apply In-Person:

1. To Renew for a Aerial Dispersal License in person, the applicant has to approach the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) office contact link
2. Then, the applicant can get their application form from the EPA office.
3. Read through the application form carefully as it contains different section.
4. Make sure that his/her have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Application fee details shall be provided by the concerned licensing officer.
6. Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the EPA office for verification and processing.
7. This application will be processed and information will be verified by the EPA.
8. If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
9. After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their renewal license.
10. If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
11. Generally, the processing time for this procedure is taken 1 month.

• Where originals (documents) are in another language, copies should be presented together with certified English translations.
• To maintain your license status, the facility shall be inspected annually to ensure that the facility remains in compliance with the license requirements.

• Declaration by applicant

• No aerial dispersal (spraying) may take place within the territory of the Republic of Ghana unless the target site is subject to a current and valid aerial dispersal permit approval issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
