Apply In-Person:
- To Renew for a Aerial Dispersal License in person, the applicant has to approach the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) office contact link
- Then, the applicant can get their application form from the EPA office.
- Read through the application form carefully as it contains different section.
- Make sure that his/her have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
- Application fee details shall be provided by the concerned licensing officer.
- Submit the completed forms along with the supporting documents at the EPA office for verification and processing.
- This application will be processed and information will be verified by the EPA.
- If the verification is successful, the notification will be sent to the applicant.
- After getting the notification from concerned authorities, applicant can visit the office to collect their renewal license.
- If there is no information regarding the application, then, the applicant can visit the office to know status of the application.
- Generally, the processing time for this procedure is taken 1 month.

- To maintain your license status, the facility shall be inspected annually to ensure that the facility remains in compliance with the license requirements.

- No aerial dispersal (spraying) may take place within the territory of the Republic of Ghana unless the target site is subject to a current and valid aerial dispersal permit approval issued by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
