• International driving licenses are applied for through the Automobile and Touring Club of Finland (ATCF).
• An international driving license does not entitle you to drive a vehicle in Finland.

An International Driving License is a license recognized by many countries which allows the license-holder to drive a private motor vehicle in that country.
