Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for International Driver license (IDL) the applicant needs to submit an application letter to the ITCA.
2. The applicant needs to submit the required documents.
3. Refer to the “Required Documents” section of this procedure.
4. Once your application is submitted, verified, it will be processed and shipped on the same day.
5. The applicant will be asked to choose one of several shipping methods. Free shipping is available

Apply Online:

1. To apply for an International Driver license online, the applicant must navigate to the following Link

3. The applicant must either apply and choose to ship their IDP/IDL to their address.
4. Or the applicant can print the license to avoid shipping charges.
5. The applicant must enter relevant information required for the procedure.
6. Refer to the “Required Information” section for more.
7. The applicant must upload their national driver license and a headshot photo, click on “Next” and submit the application.
8. Once the application is submitted and processed, the applicant shall receive the license as per their preference within the stipulated processing period.
