The International Driving Permit (ICP), also International Driving License (IDL) is a document issued by the Automobile Club of Colombia according to the rules at the World Convention in Geneva agreed Traffic Roads the September 19, 1949, authorizing to drive a vehicle anywhere in the world that has no bilateral agreement with Colombia.
