2. Electrical fault report can be passed to the BPC using the following communication channels:
3. Visit the nearest BPC customer service office during working hours, within the location where the electrical fault is being experienced to report the fault.
4. Call the BPC, 24-hours line 3603456/16266, or the BPC Toll-free number 0800600147 to report the fault.
5. Use the BPC, SMS platform 77110000/74600900, or dial *192# to report the fault.
6. Upon receipt of the fault report, the technical team will be sent to the location to access the situation and solve the problem.

1. Visit the Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) website then select, “Customer Service” option located on the menu bar, then select “Online Services” on the dropbox, and then select “Report a Fault” on the extended menu.
2. You will be redirected to the BPC Report a Fault Online Page.
3. Accurately fill out all field with a red asterisk as there are mandatory. Any omission of such information will render the application process incomplete and submission of the request will not be possible.
4. Please ensure that all the information is in order, before clicking on the “Submit” button.
5. Upon receipt of the fault report, the technical team will be sent to the location to access the situation and solve the problem.
