Apply In-Person

1. International drivers license are issued by the governmental Agencies of Angola or private organization designated by a country's government are the only responsible for issuing the international driving permit.
2. If you are legal or permanent resident in Angola you are not allowed to be issued with international drivers license.
3. The applicant should go to the offices of Automobile Association of Angola and pick application forms for an International Drivers License/permit (IDP)
4. The applicant then fills the form
5. The applicant proceeds to a designated bank and pays a fee for acquiring the license.
6. The applicant then hands in a filled application form together with a valid Angolan driving permit, passport photos and evidence of payment of fees.
7. The applicant then waits for a few days for the International Drivers license to be processed.
