West Bengal - Online Obtain Caste Certificate
- Step 1 :First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. Please visit the following link to get the required documents list for this procedure Link for Caste Certificate Required Documents page
- Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online :Link for online portal.
- Step 3 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please click “Apply for SC/ST/OBC Certificate” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.
- Note: The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
- Step 4 : User will reach a new screen as shown below. Enter Name and Mobile number at prompted space and click “Send OTP” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Yellow”.
- Step 5 : User will receive an OTP. Please enter the OTP as per prompt and follow the page prompts to register.
- Step 6 : Once the registration process is over, user will be taken to a new screen as shown below. Please complete the prompts with login credentials and click the “Login” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.
- Step 7 :Applicant will reach Caste Certificate Application page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with appropriate details and upload documents as applicable. Please see the below image.
- Step 8 :After the completion of above page prompts, please scroll down to get prompts as shown below. Please complete the prompts with appropriate details.Please see the below image.
- Step 9 : After the completion of above page prompts, please scroll down to get prompts as shown below. Please complete the prompts with appropriate details. Please see the below image.
- Step 10 : After the completion of above page prompts, please scroll down to get prompts as shown below. Please complete the prompts with appropriate details and upload applicable documents as prompted. Please see the below image.
- Step 11 : Please continue to upload other documents as prompted as per the below given image. After the completion of all the page requirements, please click “Submit” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.
- Step 12 : Applicant will get a new screen as shown below. Please use the “Download Submitted Application” option to view the application. Please follow the below image.
- Step 13 : Online application will be displayed. Applicant shall use the print option on the displayed screen to print it. Applicant shall mark the application number for future reference.
- Step 14 : This application will be processed further. Applicant receives notification on their registered mobile number. Please follow the notification and department guidelines to get the certificate.
