Rajasthan - Online Get Permission for Safe Disposal of Electronic Waste

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents for safe disposal of electronic waste permit

Step 2 : Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3: User will reach a new screen as shown below. Please select “Registration” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 4:User will get respective options as shown below. Please select “Citizen” button and choose applicable option (google, facebook etc) for registration. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 5:User will get register page as shown below. Please complete page prompts as appropriate and click “Register” button. Please follow the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 6: Once registered, user will get a page as shown below. Please click “return to the previous page” option. Please see the below image.

Step 7: Applicant will reach the login page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with applicable login credentials and click “Login” button. Please see the below image where options are highlighted in red.

Step 8: Once login, applicant will get a page as shown below. Please complete the prompts with applicable details and click “UPDATE” button. Please see the below image where it’s highlighted in “Red”.

Step 9:In the homepage, click on “Applications” option from the list on the left side and select “RSPCB” option from the menu that appears. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 10:Now choose “RSPCB MIS” option. Then select “New User” option. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 11:Complete the registration form with valid details and click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 12: In the homepage, register your plant/lease by clicking “Create plant/lease” under the tab “Plant/Lease” for which authorization is needed. Refer the below image where the options are highlighted in RED.

Step 13: After entering the details, click on “Save” to proceed which is highlighted in red. You will be directed to the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board online module.

Step 14:Click on “New Application” and select “Consent/Mine/Authorization” option from the drop-down menu. Refer the below image where the option is highlighted in RED.

Step 15: Fill all the required details asked and click "Next" tab highlighted in RED.

Step 16:Upload necessary documents by following the screen instructions.

Step 17: Now complete the application form with valid information and click “Save” tab highlighted in RED.

Step 18:The applicant will receive a mail notification regarding the successful submission of the application. The, the applicant should digitally sign the application and send it to the board.

Step 19: After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the glance of Environmental Engineer (EE) for verification and further processes. If the EE finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, the applicant will be alerted by the board.

Step 20:If the applicant is notified about the acceptance of application, the authorization can be found in the main website of RSPCB under “Verify Consent/Authorization”.
