Procedure

The Board accepts application for consents/authorization through online portal only.

Apply Online - Rajasthan Get Permission for Safe Disposal of Electronic Waste Online with Images

1. To get permission for safe disposal of Electronic wastes, you have to visit the Single Sign On module in RSPCB website using the following link: Apply Online
2. If you already have an Industry registration, login using your User ID and Password. Else, make a new registration by clicking on “Registration” and by selecting any one of the provided option below.
3. Click on “Citizen Apps” option from the list on the left side and select “RSPCB” option from the menu that appears.
4. You will have to login if you already have an ID or you will be asked to register as a new user by providing the details of the industry that you are going to establish.
5. In the homepage, register your plant/lease under the tab “Plant/Lease” for which authorization is needed.
6. After entering the details, click on “Save” to proceed. You will be directed to the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board online module.
7. Click on “New Application” and select “Consent/Mine/Authorization” option from the drop-down menu. Select type as “Fresh/New” in the Application form.
8. Fill all the required details asked and select “Authorization” in the field “Applied for” form for E-Waste Authorization. And select “E-Waste Management Rules” in “Application for” field.
9. Click on “Show Documents” button and take note of the list of documents that should be uploaded for E-Waste Authorization. Then, click “Next button”.
10. Please fill the application with information and details relevant to the need of Safe disposal of E-wastes. Also provide the documents pertaining.
11. Select “Fee Calculator” from “Utilities” option and calculate fees for the process. Then select “Payment Option” on the left side and choose any one payment mode to pay the prescribed fees.
12. After fee payment, select “Upload Documents” from “Utilities” and upload the required documents required for E-Waste Authorization.
13. The applicant will receive a mail notification regarding the successful submission of the application. The, the applicant should digitally sign the application and send it to the board.
14. After successful submission of the application, it will be taken to the glance of Environmental Engineer (EE) for verification and further processes. If the EE finds any mistake in the application or documents attached, the applicant will be alerted by the board.
15. If the applicant is notified about the acceptance of application, the authorization can be found in the main website of RSPCB under “Verify Consent/Authorization”.

Eligibility

• Industries applying for Safe disposal of E-waste Authorization should possess valid Consent/Renewal of consent order.
• The Industries applying for the authorization must be eligible of providing reliable Operating Facility for managing the wastes effectively. The operating facility will be needful for specialized supervision and better instrumentation.

Fees

• The fees structure or details can be obtained from the Board Personnel.

Validity

• Authorization granted under this form shall be valid for a period of five years.

Processing Time

• On receipt of complete application in all respects, the SPCB or SPCC will take a period of about 120 days for the issuance of authorization.

Instructions

• It has to be ensured that applicants should not have submitted applications for E-wastes authorization using more than one User Id for the industry location.
• Any unauthorized change in personnel, equipment or working conditions as mentioned in the application by the person authorized shall constitute a transgression of his authorization.
• The authorized person must get prior permission from the SPCB or PCC to shut down the operations.
