Apply Online through Local Level Committee (LLC):

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Get Guardianship Certificate
Step 2 : To apply to get guardianship certificate online, the applicant has to visit the following link : Apply Online
Step 3 : In the given page please fill in the mandatory details as per the form prompt for “Personal Details” as shown in the image given below.

Step 4 : After entering Personal Details, please click on “Next” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below at the end of each section.

Step 5 : Similarly enter “Attachments Details”, “Proposed Guardian’s Details” and “Applicant Details” section. Don’t forget to upload the documents at the prompted space as applicable.
Step 6 : After filling in each section select "Next" option to move to next page. Finally, click on “Submit” button at the end to apply online.
Step 7 : Please save the acknowledgement for future reference.
Step 8 : This application will reach the appropriate committee.
Step 9 : The Local Level Committee will scrutinize the application and call for any supporting document or information that may be necessary for deciding the issue of guardianship.
Step 10 : The sanction of guardianship shall be issued or delivered as per applicable norms.
