Punjab - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter

Step 2 :Please use the following link to apply online : Apply Online.

Step 3 :On the given page, enter the “Complainant Name”, “Contact No” and click on “Send OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Enter the OTP and click on “Verify OTP” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 :In the new page, fill in the required details, upload the required documents and click on “Save” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image and submit it.

Step 6 :The complaint is now fully submitted.

Step 7 :After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
