Maharashtra - Online Complaint about Faulty Electricity Meter

- Step 2:Please use the following link to apply online: Apply Online.
- Step 3:Click on “Complaint Registration” link on the left side which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 4:Fill out all the mandatory details required. Refer to the “Required Information” section in this procedure to fill the required details. Then click “Generate OTP “button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

- Step 5:Save the form and click on submit.
- Step 6:The complaint is now fully submitted.
- Step 7:After the complaint is submitted the fuse man will visit for the inspection of the faulty meter and replace the meter from the local or centralized location.
- Step 8:The department will inform to the consumer to either collect the repaired meter or the replaced meter until which the consumer needs to wait until further notice from the department.
- Step 9:The consumer must follow the department notice and regulations to get the electricity meter fixed.
