Karnataka - Online Renew Contract Labour Licence for Contractor

Step 2 : To renew contract labour licence for contractor online, the applicant has to visit the following link : Apply Online

Step 3 : In the given page please select “APPLY ONLINE” menu which is highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 4 : In the given options, select “The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970” hypertext which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Step 5 : Then choose “Application for Renewal of License Issued to the Contractor” hypertext which is highlighted in “YELLOW” in the image below to reach a new page.

Step 6 : In the given “Application for Renewal of Licence” page, please enter prompted details as appropriate and click “Verify” button which is highlighted in “GREEN” in the image below.

Step 7 : Applicant will reach online application form page. Please fill in all the relevant details as per page prompts.

Step 8 : Upload required documents as per the prompt and click applicable button at the bottom of the page.

Step 9 : Please follow the resulting page prompts to make payment and submit the application using the applicable button.

Step 10 : A system generated acknowledgement will be provided. Please save it for future reference.

Step 11 : An SMS alert will be sent to the applicant regarding application submission.

Step 12 : Department authorities will verify the documents, Inspect the premises and clarify their queries.

Step 13 : If the application is found to be correct in all respect then renewed Contract Labour License is issued to the applicant.

Step 14 : This certificate shall be hand delivered or sent through post as per applicable norms.
