Procedure

1. Fill up the application form TD51.
2. Make sure you have new and two recent passport size photograph.
3. You could make an appointment by logging into the following website Or you could Call Hotline : 3763 8080 Or You could approach the offices address provided under section Office Locations & Contacts section of this page.
4. You would have to pay the required fees and you will be provided with a International Driver Permit (IDP).

The service hours of the four Licensing Offices are as follows:

• Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (open during lunch hours)
• The Offices will be closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
