Procedure

1. Go to an ATCF office or service points.
2. Complete the application form.
3. Prove your identity and submit the required documents as stated below.
4. Pay the application fee.

Instructions

• International driving licenses are applied for through the Automobile and Touring Club of Finland (ATCF).
• An international driving license does not entitle you to drive a vehicle in Finland.
