Procedure

1. Go to any offices of Touring & Automobile Club of Colombia.
2. Purchase a form.
3. Complete the form.
4. Submit required documents.

Validity

An International Permit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Need for the Document

The International Driving Permit (ICP), also International Driving License (IDL) is a document issued by the Automobile Club of Colombia according to the rules at the World Convention in Geneva agreed Traffic Roads the September 19, 1949, authorizing to drive a vehicle anywhere in the world that has no bilateral agreement with Colombia.
