Andhra Pradesh - Online Report about Repair of Normal Hand Pump

Step 2 : To start your application process the applicant shall visit the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Corporation website in the below link to sign up: Apply Online.

Step 3 : On the homepage, select the “District”, “Corporation” and “Category” then click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 4 : On the next page, click on the “Register a grievance” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 5 : On the grievance page, fill in all the details asked. Under the “Grievance Information” section, select the type of grievance from the list pointed by a “GREEN” arrow. Or else, enter the type in the box highlighted in “RED” as shown in the image below..

Step 6 : Upload photo or video if any by clicking on the “Upload Photograph/Video” highlighted in “GREEN” and enter the “Grievance Location” by clicking on the “Drop-In” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 7 : Enter the location in the box highlighted in “RED” and then click on the “OK” button pointed by a “GREEN” arrow as shown in the below image.

Step 8 : Enter the “Captcha” in the box highlighted in “GREEN” and click on the “Register Grievance” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 9 : Registration details will appear on screen. Note down the details for checking your application status. You can also print the details by clicking on the “Print” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 10 : After receiving the complaint, the authorities will take necessary action to repair the normal hand pump.

Step 11 : Revert back to the homepage. Now, to check the status of your complaint enter the “Grievance Number” under the “Check your grievance status” section and click on the “Search” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.
