Andhra Pradesh - Online Permission for Film Shooting through FFO

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to get Permission for Film Shooting through FFO

Step 2 : To start your application process the applicant shall visit the Film Faction Office website in the below link to sign up: Apply Online.

Step 3 : Fill in the sign up form by entering the required details in the image below.

Step 4 : Create your password and enter the “Captcha” provided. Click on the small box next to “By signing in you agree to Terms & Conditions” which is pointed with a “Yellow” arrow and click on the “Submit” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : Once the sign in application form is submitted, “Your account has been created successfully. Please activate your account by clicking on the link sent on your email” text will appear on screen in the below image.

Step 6 : Check your mail inbox and click on the verification link pointed with a “RED” arrow in the below image.

Step 7 : Clicking on the verification link will redirect you to the login page with a message “Your account has been successfully activated.” Enter your credentials and “Captcha” highlighted in “GREEN” and click on the “Login” button highlighted in “RED” as shown in the below image.

Step 8 : Now, the dashboard will be displayed on the screen. On that click on the “Start New Application” button highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 9 : Fill in the details asked in the “Production Details” section in the below image.

Step 10 : Fill in the remaining details and click on the “Choose File” button pointed with a “GREEN” arrow to add the “SYNOPSIS (IN ENGLISH)” and click on the “Next” button highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 11 : Fill in the details in “Line Producer” section. Upload your PAN and AADHAAR card image by clicking on the “Choose File” button pointed out with a “GREEN” arrow. Then click on the “Next” button highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 12 : Fill in the details in “Shooting Details” section. Upload “Equipment Details” form by clicking on the “Choose File” button which is pointed out with a “GREEN” arrow. To know the format of the “Equipment Details” form, click on the “Download Sample Format” button which is highlighted in “RED” in the below image.

Step 13 : Fill in the “CAST & CREW DETAILS (INCLUDING LEAD ARTIST)” section. Upload PAN Image if Indian or Passport Image if Non-Indian by clicking on the “Choose File” button pointed by a “RED” arrow. If any additional requirements are there, select accordingly. If choice is not available, click on the small box next to “Others” option, pointed out with a “GREEN” arrow in the below image.

Step 14 : To add locations click on the “Add More Locations” button highlighted in “GREEN” and then click on the “Submit” button highlighted in “RED” in the image below.

Step 15 : Or you can click the “Save as Draft” button highlighted in “RED” in the image below to save the filled in details and submit the application later. Before submitting your application, please ensure all the required documents & information are given correctly, as you cannot make any changes after submitting your application.

Step 16 : After submitting the application form, the status of the application can be tracked by clicking on the “Application History” button highlighted in “RED” as show in the image below.

Step 17 : The application will be sent to the appropriate State Nodal Officer/s, whose contact information will be sent to you.

Note: If you want to make any changes after submitting your application, you may communicate them directly to the State Nodal officer, whose details are available on the portal in your dashboard and is also shared with you on email.

Step 18 : Depending on your region, the State Nodal officer/s will contact you regarding the processing of your application and payment of costs.

Note: If the Nodal officers of the State/s do not respond, you may contact the FFO office for further information.

Step 19 : Once the permission has been granted for the specified States/UT, the Nodal Officer will upload the Permission letter to the FFO web portal.
