Andaman and Nicobar - Online Raise request for Shifting Electric Transformer

Step 1 : First one has to make sure that all the required documents are in hand to apply online. If you would like to know about the documents that are required for this procedure, please visit the following link : Required Documents to Register a Complaint Against Doctor

Step 2 : You can raise a request for a shift of the electric transformer on the "Urja Pay's" website. Apply Online.

Step 3 : If you are a new user, you have to sign in before registering the complaint.Select the option "Lodge Complaint" which is Highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 4 : Enter the Credentials and Click on the “SIGN IN” button which is highlighted in “Green” to Sign in.If you are a New user click on the “CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 5 : To create a new account enter your Name,Mobile Number,Email Id,Password,Security Question,Answer and Captcha Code and then click on the “REGISTER” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 6 : You need to verify your account with the One Time Password.Enter the OTP received in your mobile number and then click on the “VERIFY OTP” button which is highlighted in “Green” in the below image.

Step 7 : Now click on the “Click here to Login” Hyperlink which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 8 : After creating the account, you have to sign in using the Mobile Number,Password and Captcha and Click on the “SIGN IN” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 9 : Select the "View/Lodge Complaints" option which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 10 : Now click on the “LODGE A NEW COMPLAINT” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 11 : Next You have to enter details such as Category of complaint,Sub-category of complaint and Consumer No. and Enter Your Comments (Explain the reason for shifting the Electric transformer) and click on the “SUBMIT” ” button which is highlighted in “Red” in the below image.

Step 12 : Immediately you will receive your "Complaint Ticket Number" in the pop-up menu.

Step 13 : You have to save these details for future verification and reference purposes.

Step 14 : You can track your complaint in the "View Complaint Status" option under the same menu.
