Apply In-Person

1. To renew an Institutional Research Permit or License in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Department of Fisheries office. Please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form can be obtained by the applicant upon visiting the Fisheries Department office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as per the authorities suggestion.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be permitted for the license.
8. Collect the license from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.
   

• Duly completed form.
• National Registration Card.
• A statement of the period for which the licence is sought.
• Fee receipt.
• Any other document as the application may require.
