Apply In-Person

1. To renew a Food Catering Licence or Permit in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Ministry of Tourism office. Please tap on the following link to view contact details link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Ministry of Tourism office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with ”Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as suggested by the authorities.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be allowed for the permit.
8. Collect the permit from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

• Applicants should be a bona fide citizen of Zambia.
