Apply In-Person

1. To register for Fumigation in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Ministry of Agriculture office of Zambia. Please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. The applicant shall obtain the application form for the registration from the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with “Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be permitted for registration.
8. Collect the registration certificate from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

License Fee: ZK 800.

The registration will be valid for one year.
