Apply In-Person:

1. To register as Prospectus Pursuant in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Patents and Companies Registration Agency, please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the PACRA office.
4. Once understanding the guideline properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. After the completion and verification of all the required documents, the document will be accessible.
8. Collect the registration certificate from the office within a stipulated period of time.
   

• Duly completed application form.
• Property Transfer Tax Certificate from Zambia Revenue Authority.
• Certified copies of NRC (National Registration Card) or passport for affected shareholders.

Any Public Limited Company, prior to inviting members of the Public to buy shares, can apply for this procedure.

Registration of Prospectus – ZK 2,000.

The document will be valid for the period mentioned in the registration certificate.
