1. To register as a Potatoes Seed Grower in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Ministry of Agriculture office of Zambia. Please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form can be obtained upon visiting the Seed Control and Certification Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture. Find the application form on page 58 of the following file: form.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with “Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be permitted for registration.
8. Collect the registration certificate from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

License Fee: K75.00 per Hectare.

The registration will be valid for one year.

The registration allows the holder to grow potatoes according to conditions imposed in the license.
