Apply In-Person

1. To register as Business Rescue Administratorin Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA). Please tap on the following link to view contact details link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the PACRA office. Find the form here form.
4. Once understanding the guideline properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. The Registrar will register the applicant and provide a certificate of registration.
8. The registration will take around 14 days.

• A person who wishes to be an administrator for purposes of business rescue proceedings.
• The applicant should be a resident of Zambia.

• Application Fee: ZK 20.
• Notice of appointment as a Business Rescue Administrator: ZK 450.

• The registration validity is one year and is subject to renewal.
