1. To register a co-operate the applicant has to contact the Companies and Intellectual Properties Commission (CIPC).
2. Application forms can be obtained from one of the CIPC service centers or can be obtained from the following link : Application forms
3. Application form CR1, CR4 or CR1 and CR8 has to be filled and submitted along with model constitution.
4. You would have to submit one copy of the form and 2 copies of the constitution.
5. You could also reserve a name for the co-operate and by filling appropriate forms.
