Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a tour-guide license in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Business Regulatory Review Agency, for the main office visit link.
2. Make sure that you have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. Fill the application form provided to you in the wildlife authority office after understanding the guidelines properly.
4. Submit the application with necessary attachments to the Zambia Business Regulatory Review Agency office.
5. The fee has to be paid according to the authorities request.
6. Approved applications will be submitted directly to the Ministry of Tourism & Arts in Lusaka.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, a provisional certificate will be accessible.
8. The applicant gets the permit in a stipulated period of time.

• An individual who wants to become a tour guide in areas permitted in Zambia can apply for the license.
