Apply In-Person

1. To apply for a police clearance for money lenders in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the police service of Zambia, for the main office visit: link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. The application form can be obtained from any nearest police station.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with “Required Documents” to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. Upon the satisfaction of the authorities, the applicant will be permitted for clearance.
8. Collect the clearance from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.

• Recent passport size photographs borderless with white background.
• Fully completed application form (personal particular) filled in Block letters.

The validity will be for three months.
