Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for incentives for Importation Under Preferential Treatment in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Zambia Revenue Authority, please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant at the revenue authority office.
4. Once understanding the guideline properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. After the completion and verification of all the required documents, the incentive will be offered.
8. Collect the incentive permit or certificate from the office with in a stipulated period of time.

This facility is for goods imported from within the regional economic communities to which Zambia is a part of.

Application Fee: Pay as per the authority’s request.

The incentive will be valid based on the changes in Zambia Development Agency Act.
