Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for a duplicate Transit Visa or permit in Zambia, the applicant will have to visit the department of immigration, please tap on the following link to view contact details: link.
2. Please make sure to have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. Upon visiting, the applicant will be provided with an application form to be filled in the immigration office.
4. Once understanding the guidelines properly, the applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
6. Pay the fee as given in the “Fees” section of this page.
7. After the completion and verification of all the documents, the permit will be accessible.
8. Collect the permit from the office or wait for the visa to arrive via post on the postal address in a stipulated time.
   

• Cover letter by host or company explaining the reason for the duplicate permit.
• Certified copy of valid passport (bio data & last endorsement stamp for Zambia).
• Prescribed fee receipt.

• Applicants should be drivers of commercial trucks and their crew.
• They must have exhausted ninety (90) business visit days.
• The applicant should already have a Transit Visa.
  

Application Fee: ZMK 9000.

The duplicate permit is valid the same as the original permit.
