Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for Data Search from the Geological Survey Department in Zambia, the applicant will have to contact the Mines and Minerals department office. Please tap on the following link to view contact details link.
2. Make sure to have all the documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section of this page.
3. An application form will be provided to the applicant upon visiting the Mines and Minerals department office.
4. The applicant has to fill in all the necessary information in the application form.
5. Submit the application form with necessary attachments to the office.
6. Pay the fee as per the suggestion of the authorities.
7. After the completion and verification of all the required documents, the data will be accessible from the office.
8. Collect the requested data from the respective office in a stipulated period of time.
